How to get a distinction in the LPC: Year 1

Hi friends!

I recently opened my results for my year 1 LPC final exams, and I was delighted to find that I finished the year with 85% overall, which is a high distinction. I’ve never really been a straight-A student or anything like that, but I decided when I enrolled that I was going to set myself a personal goal of getting a distinction. Although I’ve not yet finished the course in its entirety, I hope that if I take the same approach next year as I did this year, I will be graduating next year with a distinction.

I’ve made a video to explain everything I did throughout the year, in addition to what I did for end-of-year revision, which enabled me to get distinctions in all of my exams. This is exactly how I am going to be approaching the course when September comes.

I hope you find the video helpful. Leave me a comment if you have any other tips or tricks as I’d love to hear them as I go into my final LPC year.

If you are looking for an LPC tutor for any of the first year subjects, or M&A and Banking, please get in contact with me on instagram @legalmillie or email camilla@aureliagrace.co.uk

Have a lovely day and I hope I’ll see you again soon.
